I will also always pause for sunrises.

Activity calendar activity: Christmas tree hunt

Christmas tree hunting is serious business, in case you didn't know.

How to make exam preparations (a tiny bit more) cozy: sit in an old armchair next to the freshly decorated Christmas tree, listen to Barch's Christmas Oratory, stomach full of steak, glass full of red wine. Right @snigaboo?

With days ahead filled with plenty of time with family and friends, I will log off this space for the remaining of the year. I will be back with new everyday stories and other things I like in 2017. So without further ado, I want to wish you all a peaceful and happy Christmas and a cheerful celebration of the new year.

PS: I know I won't stay away from social media completely; I'll still update my Instagram. Lets stay in touch; I'm halloastrid!

a few 2015 favorites: December

In December I saw how excited Sara was about the advent activity calendar, shared a photo an hour, baptised our son, made paper snowflakes with Sølve, spent a Sunday in the woods hunting for the perfect Christmas tree, baked saffron buns with Sara and her grandmother, was excited for the first tiny bit of snow and had plenty of good times with families and friends during Christmas and New Years.
