Monday routine: Leave work in the early afternoon, do the Monday @bodybossmethod workout session (I have learnt that working out is the best way to recharge and fill up on energy for evening work + coffee, of course!), pack everything I need for an evening at the University reading room while Sølve deals with the little ones. Also, I love when random leftovers turn into a yummy meal. This is roasted potato wedges, sautéed bell pepper, mushroom and salmon, pumpkin seeds, guacamole and cucumber.
An afternoon visit to the after school activity (SFO) to watch the kids perform, meet the other parentes and grab a bite. It's a new learning and social scene not only for the kids but also for this first time school mamma.
Luckily this calm scene has no sound because the afternoon mood in this house was quite the opposite. Hashtag loud little monkeys and exhausted mamma.
Post workout treat because today’s session was HARD. Half burpees are the worst!
Another very loud and mostly chaotic afternoon with these two. I have so much respect for people who have more than two kids!
