dinners lately


Monday: Sunday lamb roast leftovers with boiled potatoes, stewed mushrooms, brussel sprouts and asparagus


Tuesday: teriyaki salmon - an adapted version of this, with an adapted version of this sauce - SO good!


Wednesday: homemade broccoli soup (kind of like this one) and grilled cheese sandwiches with basil pesto


Thursday: beef stroganoff


Friday: frozen pizza (Grandiosa) with extra ham and cheese (we had stroganoff leftovers for lunch)


Saturday: grilled teriyaki entrecote, roasted potatoes and carrots with sesame oil (first time using this oil like that - SO good!), mango and fresh spring onion


Sunday: roasted chicken filet, asparagus and spaghetti with mushroom sauce (there were leftovers for Monday dinner)
