what we had for dinner, week 31

Monday: risotto with pork filet, green peas and green bell pepper + a salad of spinach, mango, coriander and sweet chili sauce 
Tuesday: tuscan white bean soup with shredded chicken 
Wednesday: baked cod with bacon + chickpeas, spinach and/or kale, garlic
Thursday: Sølve's pot roast (from the freezer)
Friday: salmon sashimi

What we had for dinner last week (pictured above):

Monday (in Spain): grilled seabass, tomato sace and a green salad 
Tuesday (in Spain): pizza capricciosa
Wednesday (at Gardermoen airport): Peppe's pizza 
Thursday (in Skien): grilled hotdogs 
Friday (in Skien): my mum's bacalao 
Saturday (home in Bergen): baked salmon + apple avocado salad 
Sunday (home in Bergen): roasted turkey filet with parsley, garlic and chili + mashed vegetables (carrot, potato, red onion, leek, garlic and cream)

about this project

- every Monday I post the week's menu
- I also post what we actually had for dinner the passed week (because it is fun to see if we actually followed the plan)
- there might be links to recipes, but the menu will mostly just be basic ideas for the dinners - often based on what ever is in our fridge, freezer and cupboards
- Saturday and Sunday dinners will often not be planned ahead because we have a habit of buying whatever looks good in the store when we are out grocery shopping Saturday morning
