a walk in the fog

iPhone photos; wish I had brought my film camera too

A few weeks ago we woke up to a city all wrapped up in a thick, white blanket of fog. I always go for a walk during Sara's nap time (it is so much easier to get her to sleep in the pram than indoors during daytime + I love to get some fresh air and a little exercise) - in all kinds of weather. I'm very happy that I decided to go to Svartediket on this foggy day. As you can see, it was pretty amazing. Nature really gives me a kick sometimes!

  3. I read your blog for awhile now and I'm usually a lurker, but these photos are just that amazingly beautiful, I needed to post. Also, you reminded me of my routine nap-time walks with my son few years ago. Some children just love to sleep outside and be rocked in a pram, it's a very healthy nap for them and for mums too. My boy is a 3year old right now and I miss those days togheter outdoors, but our scenery wasn't half magical and inspiring as yours I must say. Also, I can't believe that you took the photos with an IPhone camera.. I'dont know much about photography, but I just love how you've managed to capture such a beautiful blue sky, fog and light between trees. Thank to your work I developed an interest how to learn something more about taking photos. You insipre me, so thank you! :)
