what's for dinner, week 48

mussel soup with my in-laws

Monday: Saturday and Sunday leftovers
Tuesday: a salad with lots of tomatoes and grilled chicken + what ever looks good in the grocery store
Wednesday: Thai-inspired fish stew
Thursday: taco
Friday: fish by Sølve

Sara and I are off to Sandnes and Eigerøy to spend some time with family and friends for the weekend, so no more dinner planning this week.

What we actually had for dinner last week

Monday: Tuscan white bean soup (from the freezer)
Tuesday: whatever is in the pantry stew; minced beef and bacon, sweet potato, carrot, onion, garlic, rosemary, canned tomatoes, white beans + stock cubes and broccoli (photo)
Wednesday: Tuesday leftovers with a simple salad of mixed baby leaf lettuce and cucumber
Thursday: Thai-inspired fish stew
Friday: salmon sashimi with ponzu sauce mussle soup
Saturday: fish/meat of the day with vegetables: entrecote of red deer, mashed parsnip/parsley root, butter fried pears and chanterelles, plum sauce
Sunday: fish/meat of the day with vegetables: pasta bolognese
