what's for dinner, week 46

this was the week of super fresh tuna steaks

Monday: entrecote of reindeer + roasted vegetables (sweet potato, beetroot, onion, garlic, Brussel sprouts)
Tuesday: Monday leftovers 
Wednesday: Tuscan white bean soup 
Thursday: roasted salmon filet with fish & seafood spice mix from Santa Maria + a salad with mixed lettuce, avocado, red apple, red onion and balsamic vinegar 

We are off to Skien to visit my grandmother and other family this weekend, so no more dinner planning for this week.

What we actually had for dinner last week:

Monday: red deer leftovers from Sølve's all boys dinner party on Saturday
Tuesday: white bean, tomato and feta salad even more red deer leftovers 
Wednesday: salmon, chickpeas and spinach white bean, tomato and feta salad + pan fried aubergine - a delicious variation   
Thursday: Tuscan white bean soup tuna steak with guacamole and mixed baby leaf lettuce 
Friday: fresh shrimp sandwiches the same as Thursday
Saturday: fish/meat of the day and vegetables: seasme-crusted tuna with chili and ginger dressing + teriyaki beef 
Sunday: fish/meat of the day and vegetables: (at our friends' place) first course: king crab with a chili, ginger, garlic, cream sauce, second course: cured whale, main course: reindeer tenderloin with mashed parsnip and celery root, Brussel sprouts and a sauce with lingonberries and cream, dessert: cheese cake
