Monday: Sunday leftovers
Tuesday: cleaning out of the freezer and fridge fish stew: leftover sauce from Sunday, salmon filet, cod filet, scallops, carrot, parsley root, cauliflower, white asparagus, green peas, potato, chili and spring onion
Wednesday: roasted root vegetables and minced beef and bacon
Thursday: roasted vegetables and chicken filet
Friday: halibut, potatoes, broccoli, carrot and Sandefjordsmør
Saturday: tacos
Sunday: homemade pizza (from the freezer)
