Monday: Sunday leftovers
Tuesday: cleaning out of the freezer and fridge fish stew: leftover sauce from Sunday, salmon filet, cod filet, scallops, carrot, parsley root, cauliflower, white asparagus, green peas, potato, chili and spring onion
Wednesday: roasted root vegetables and minced beef and bacon
Sara and I are off to Tromsø to visit my sister and her boyfriend for the weekend, so the rest of this week's dinners will be planned and made with them.

What we actually had for dinner last week:
Monday: a salad with mixed lettuce, chicken filet, red onion, apple, avocado and balsamic vinegar

Friday, Sølve's birthday: seafood: fresh shrimp and crab sandwiches
Saturday: fish/meat of the day with vegetables: homemade pizza

ReplyDeleteWow, deer tenderloin, pan fried fish, white (!) asparagus and a bisque sauce. I can imagine disappointment not getting your favorite stew, but who doesn't want to be surprised by a dinner like that huh!?! ;-)
