what's for dinner, week 42

red lentil soup, vanilla ice cream with chocolate sauce for dessert (I always eat waaay too much!), pasta with bacon and mushroom sauce, Sunday veal feast | iPhone photos processed with the VSCO Cam app

Monday: homemade lasagna (from the freezer) and a salad

We are off to our hometown Sandnes and the mountain cabin for the rest of the week, so the rest of this week's dinners will be planned with/by our parents.

What we actually had for dinner last week:

Monday: leftover Stange chicken and leftover ratatouille
Tuesday: baked salmon filet with fish and seafood spices from Santa Maria plus a salad with lettuce, avocado, apple, red onion and balsamic vinegar
Wednesday: red lentil soup, a la Orangette
Thursday: meat and vegetables stew (from the freezer)
Friday: salmon sashimi with ponzu sauce (for Sølve), leftover pasta with bacon mushroom and mushroom sauce (from the freezer) + a salad (doe me)
Saturday: fish meat of the day with vegetables: whole weat pancakes with ham and cheese
Sunday: fish meat of the day with vegetables: slow roasted veal tenderloin, mashed root vegetables, pan fried  mixed mushrooms, asparagus and sauce (don't know how Sølve made it, but it was delicious)
