what's for dinner, week 41

ratatouille with cheese filled tortellini and minced beef and bacon

Monday: leftover Stange chicken and leftover ratatouille
Tuesday: baked salmon filet with fish and seafood spices from Santa Maria plus a salad with lettuce, avocado, apple, red onion and balsamic vinegar
Wednesday: red lentil soup, a la Orangette
Thursday: meat and vegetables stew, from the freezer
Friday: salmon sashimi with ponzu sauce
Saturday: fish meat of the day with vegetables
Sunday: fish meat of the day with vegetables

I didn't plan last week's dinners, but here is what we ate anyway:

Monday: nothing, we were sick with the stomach flu
Tuesday: I do not remember, maybe nothing since we were recovering
Wednesday: ratatouille with cheese filled tortellini and minced beef and bacon
Thursday: leftovers from Wednesday plus grilled ham and cheese sandwiches
Friday: salmon sashimi with ponzu sauce
Saturday: roasted Stange chicken and roasted root vegetables
Sunday: roasted leg of lamb and ratatouille
