velvia easter, part V

Fuji Velvia 100F, Canon EOS 500N

When I listen to the weather forecast on the radio these days there are almost daily predictions of snow in the mountains. We are off to the mountain cabin this weekend, most likely the last visit before the winter. (Unfortunately we don't go there very often; it is a little bit too far for just a weekend.) I think now is a good time to share the slide film shots from our traditional Easter holiday at the beloved cabin. Our baby daughter Sara was 5 months old at the time and enjoyed her first pulk experience

PS: I shot Fuji Velvia during Easter 2010 too, hence the name of this post.

  1. Wonderful photos!
I would love to have a getaway cabin somewhere as beautiful.
Sara looks so snug in her pulk - is that how you say it?
    Have a fab weekend.

  2. have a good time there, astrid! your pictures from the mountain cabin are always so beautiful - of course these are no exception! i love the first one, how the light hits the steam!
