what's for dinner, week 39

Monday dinner week 38

Monday: Sunday leftovers 
Tuesday: beef stir fry
Wednesday: italiensk gryte
Thursday: pasta with bacon, tomatoes, parsley, garlic and parmesan cheese 
Friday: tandoori chicken** with mango and lots of fresh coriander 
Saturday: fish/meat of the day
Sunday: fish/meat of the day

What we actually had for dinner last week:

Monday: leftovers from Thursday last week/week 37 (from the freezer)
Tuesday: tandoori chicken a stew made of meatballs from IKEA, carrots, potatoes and a pimped Toro red wine sauce
Wednesday: stroganoff
Thursday: Astrid's simple fish soup
Friday: homemade lasagna (from the freezer)
Saturday: salmon sashimi with ponzu sauce
Sunday: Sølve's extravagant fish soup

* We normally use very little of this kind of semi-finished products. We stocked up on a few products a while ago, and I figured it was time to just use them and make room for other kinds of dry/canned goods that we actually use.

** We do however use spice mixes like this more often.
