what's for dinner, week 37

chicken tikka, tuna steak, roasted steak, leftovers for Monday dinner

Monday: Sunday leftovers mixed with roasted potatoes, beet roots, garlic cloves and shallots + baby leaf salad mix with cherry tomatoes and feta cheese
Tuesday: mushroom soup
Wednesday: cod and spinach
Thursday: tandoori chicken salad
Friday: chevice
Saturday: fish/meat of the day with vegetables
Sunday: fish/meat of the day with vegetables

What we actually had for dinner last week:

Monday: reindeer filet and root vegetables
Tuesday: spicy chicken salad with mango and sweet chili sauce Monday leftovers made into a stew
Wednesday: spicy fish soup with a taste of Asia chicken tikka (from Santa Maria), rice with squash, red onion and yellow bell pepper, plus mango with lots of fresh coriander  
Thursday: meatballs (from IKEA) with boiled potatoes and gravy - made into a stew with carrots and celery root, plus brown cheese in the sauce
Friday: homemade lasagna
Saturday: first course: chevice with cod, main course: fresh tuna steaks, guacamole, roasted potato wedges and a butter/soy sauce mix
Sunday: roasted steak, pan fried mixed mushrooms with rosemary and sour cream, and white wine steamed brussel sprouts
