what's for dinner, week 35

Monday: leftover ratatouille with whole grain spaghetti and crispy bacon
Tuesday: even more leftover ratatouille with baked cod filets (with fish & seafood spice mix from Santa Maria) and boiled potatoes
Wednesday: red curry with pork filets
Thursday: spicy chicken salad with mango and sweet chili sauce
Friday: salmon sashimi with ponzu sauce
Saturday: fish/meat of the day with vegetables
Sunday: fish/meat of the day with vegetables

What we actually had for dinner last week:

Monday: homemade pizza
Tuesday: baked salmon with fish & seafood spice mix and salad (baby leaf lettuce mix, red apple, red onion, avocado, mixed nuts and balsamic vinegar)
Wednesday: French bistro salad: store grilled chicken, bacon, little gem lettuce, red onion, tomatoes, byggris (barley) with pesto
Thursday: moose stew
Friday: sodd 
Saturday: first course: lukewarm chévre cheese, arugula, pine nuts and fig (?) jam on toast, main course: the same as Tuesday
Sunday: pan fried steak and ratatouille
