what's for dinner, week 34

Thursday dinner

Monday: homemade pizza
Tuesday: salmon and salad
Wednesday: French bistro salad

Sara and I are visiting family in Trøndelag this weekend, so the rest of this week's dinners will probably be planned by and made by my aunt.

What we actually had for dinner last week:

Monday: homemade Asian inspired fish soup with salmon and cod
Tuesday: spicy fruit salad with chicken filet and coriander
Wednesday: couscous salad with chicken filet
Thursday: chickpea salad with leek and walnuts spinach, tomato, onion, garlic, mixed nuts and a pesto/creme fraiche dressing (photo above)
Friday: salmon sashimi with ponzu sauce
Saturday: grilled entrecote and ratatouille
Sunday: homemade pizza
