what we had for dinner, week 26


Monday: grilled lamb chops and entrecote, corn and aubergine + fruit salad with mint



Tuesday: first: baked salmon with seafood and fish spice mix from Santa Maria + a salad with little gem lettuce, apple, avocado, red onion, walnuts and balsamic vinegar, then: roasted store marinated filet of pork with the same salad


 Wednesday: spicy fruit salad with coriander + grilled meats



Thursday: grilled steak, aubergine and leeks, baked potatoes and bearnaise sauce


Friday: beef stroganoff with rice and mini baguettes with garlic butter


Saturday: seafood galore


Sunday: grilled meats and red onion + a big mixed salad

All photos are taken with my iPhone (which is very handy for remembering to shoot those daily dinner photos) and processed with the Vintage Camera app and the Shiva filter.
