what's for dinner, week 25

Tuscan white bean soup - a new favorite!

Monday: fruit salad with turkey filet, cashew nuts and coriander
Tuesday: Tuscan white bean soup
Wednesday: Monday leftovers
Thursday: steak and coleslaw
Friday: salmon sashimi with ponzu sauce
Saturday: meat/fish of the day with vegetables
Sunday: meat/fish of the day with vegetables

What we actually had for dinner last week:

Monday: more roasted vegetables like Sunday + leftover pork filet + sausages
Tuesday: a repeat of last Friday's salad + kapteinens fylte rødspette med reke- og champinonsaus (plaice with shrimp and mushroom sauce)
Wednesday: white bean, tomato and feta salad mac n' cheese
Thursday: classic French bistro salad Tuscan white bean soup  
Friday: salmon sashimi with ponzu sauce
Saturday: fredagspakken from Colonialen
Sunday: grillklubbe (pork knuckle) with Greek salad pasta with homemade minced meat, salami, onion, tomatoes, parsley and butter
