what's for dinner, week 22

Wednesday dinner

Monday: leftover ratatouille with whole grain pasta
Tuesday: a salad with little gem lettuce, endive, shredded chicken, mango, cucumber and red onion + rice on the side
Wednesday: baked salmon filet with spinach and chickpeas
Thursday: white beans, tomato and feta salad
Friday: fresh shrimp sandwiches
Saturday: fish/meat of the day with vegetables
Sunday: fish/meat of the day with vegetables

What we actually had for dinner last week:

Monday: homemade fishcakes (from the freezer) and roasted carrot sticks and potato wedges
Tuesday: salad with chicken filet and pomegranate
Wednesday: endive salad with avocado, apple and mixed nuts vinaigrette + salmon filet
Thursday: white bean, tomato and feta salad shredded chicken salad with mixed lettuce, green asparagus, red onion, feta and radish
Friday: Sølve's fish and mussel soup
Saturday: roasted steak with ratatouille
Sunday: cold bay leaf trout with boiled potatoes, cucumber salad and sour cream
