what's for dinner, week 20

Saturday dinner

Monday: Sunday leftovers mixed with fresh cheese filled ravioli
Tuesday: root vegetables and salmon stew
Wednesday: Tuscan white bean soup (recipe found here)
Thursday/constitution day: will be planned with Sølve during the week
Friday: salmon sashimi with ponzu sauce
Saturday: meat/fish of the day with vegetables
Sunday: meat/fish of the day with vegetables

What we actually had for dinner last week:

Monday: pan fried chicken filet and a salad with little gem lettuce, red bell pepper, honeydew melon, red onion and balsamic vinegar
Tuesday: Sølve's pasta bolognese
Wednesday: pan fried steak and roasted root vegetables with fresh thyme root vegetables stew with fresh thyme
Thursday: spicy parsnip soup the same as Wednesday, although not leftovers
Friday: salmon sashimi with ponzu sauce fresh whole grain tagliatelle with chicken filet, green bell pepper, egg and Jarlsberg cheese
Saturday: meat/fish of the day with vegetables: roasted pork filet with mashed root vegetables and blue cheese sauce (photo above)
Sunday: meat/fish of the day with vegetables: roasted entrecote and ratatouille
