what's for dinner, week 19

lukewarm spinach salad

Monday: pan fried chicken filet and a salad with little gem lettuce, red bell pepper, honeydew melon, red onion and balsamic vinegar
Tuesday: Sølve's pasta bolognese
Wednesday: pan fried steak and roasted root vegetables with fresh thyme
Thursday: spicy parsnip soup
Friday: salmon sashimi with ponzu sauce
Saturday: meat/fish of the day with vegetables
Sunday: meat/fish of the day with vegetables

What we actually had for dinner last week:

Monday: bbq potluck in our garden - the season's first bbq!
Tuesday: classic French bistro salad
Wednesday: homemade fishcakes (from the freezer) with spinach and green beans salad with green bell pepper, mango and feta cheese
Thursday: oven baked salmon filet and homemade mashed root vegetables a mixed salad
Friday: lamb chops and Greek salad
Saturday: reindeer roast with boiled potatoes, mixed greens and gravy
Sunday: stew made of Saturday's leftovers
