what's for dinner, week 18

a spontaneous bbq potluck 

Monday: bbq potluck in our garden - the season's first bbq!
Tuesday: classic French bistro salad
Wednesday: homemade fishcakes (from the freezer) with spinach and green beans
Thursday: oven baked salmon filet and homemade mashed root vegetables (Sunday leftovers, from the freezer)

Sara and I are off to my hometown Sandnes for the weekend, so the rest of this week's dinners will (probably) be made by my mum.

What we actually had for dinner last week:

Monday: pan fried cod filet with spicy fruit salad
Tuesday: oven baked salmon filet with chickpeas and spinach Monday leftovers
Wednesday: broccoli soup oven baked salmon filet with chickpeas and spinach 
Thursday: pasta with homemade red pesto and salad kheema karai from Spicentice
Friday: kheema karai from Spicentice vegetable stew with leftover turkey filet from the freezer
Saturday: fish/meat of the day with vegetables homemade pizza
Sunday: fish/meat of the day with vegetables: reindeer filet with mashed root vegetables, asparagus, broccoli and brown cheese sauce
