Marie shoots film
Why do you shoot film, Marie?
I just like it! It's a way for me to stop time on moments that make me feel good. I like its authenticity and its imperfections. The typical grain and color of films bring soul to simple moments of life.
You have to slow down to shoot with film. So each photo is more personal, a part of myself.
It's an activity that relaxes me and I'm always excited when I go get my pictures. The result might be uncertain but it always reserves some beautiful surprises. It's a positive hobby.
You can see more of Marie's photos on her blog and Flickr.
