Sara and I are still in my hometown Sandnes visiting family and friends, so this week's "what's for dinner" post won't be up until we are back home in Bergen on Wednesday. In the meantime I give you this photo of a fantastic dinner Sølve made the week before last week; reindeer filet with mashed root vegetables, asparagus, broccoli and brown cheese sauce. I was so hungry when dinner was served, I forgot to add the rowan berry jelly. Bummer!
