what's for dinner, week 17

Monday: pan fried cod filet with spicy fruit salad (like Saturday last week, see below)
Tuesday: oven baked salmon filet with chickpeas and spinach (inspired by the recipe on page 34 in this Rema 1000 leaflet)
Wednesday: broccoli soup (ca like this)
Thursday: pasta with homemade red pesto and salad
Friday: kheema karai from Spicentice
Saturday: fish/meat of the day with vegetables
Sunday: fish/meat of the day with vegetables

What we actually had for dinner last week:

Monday: green lentil soup (red lentils are better)
Tuesday: white bean, tomato and feta salad
Wednesday: roasted broccoli and diced chicken filet
Thursday: black bean salad with corn, avocado, red bell peppers and lime-cilantro vinaigrette
Friday: salmon sashimi with ponzu sauce
Saturday: fish/meat of the day with vegetables: pan grilled steak with spicy fruit salad (papaya, mango, honeydew melon, cantaloupe melon, strawberries, pomegranate, fresh coriander and chili
Sunday: fish/meat of the day with vegetables: thai inspired fish soup
