what's for dinner, week 16

Monday: lentil soup a la Orangette - we are out of red lentils, so I will use green lentils instead
Tuesday: white bean, tomato and feta salad (adapted from this)
Wednesday: roasted broccoli and diced chicken filet (inspired by this)
Thursday: black bean salad with corn, avocado, red bell peppers and lime-cilantro vinaigrette (found here, via here)
Friday: salmon sashimi with ponzu sauce
Saturday: fish/meat of the day with vegetables
Sunday: fish/meat of the day with vegetables

We have been on a two weeks Easter holiday, so we have had a little break from the weekly dinner menu planning. Hence there are no menus for week 14 and 15.
