what's for dinner, week 6

Monday: white bean, tomato and feta salad with shredded chicken
Tuesday: pasta bolognese-ish
Wednesday: pasta leftovers and a mixed green salad
Thursday: black bean salad with corn, avocado, red bell peppers and lime-cilantro vinaigrette (found here, via here)
Friday: Sølve surprise
Saturday: Sølve's three course party menu for our guest
Sunday: Saturday leftovers

What we actually had for dinner last week:

Monday: endive/chicory salad with avocado, smoked salmon, apple and mixed nuts vinaigrette
Tuesday: red curry with pork
Wednesday: pasta with shredded chicken, tomato and cottage cheese Tuesday leftovers with mango
Thursday: fish gratin from Søstrene Hagelin with boiled potatoes and grated raw carrots
Friday: fresh shrimps on white bread with mayonnaise and lemon
Saturday: first course: salmon sashimi creamy mussel soup , main course: pan fried filet of cod halibut + shrimp scampi and shiitake risotto
Sunday: filet of turkey, sweet potato and other vegetables first course: pan fried scallops and asparagus, second course: halibut and risotto leftovers, main course: reindeer filet, pan fried amandine potatoes and celery root, a sauce based on several wine leftovers and brown cheese, dessert: Mövenpick walnut ice cream
