what's for dinner, week 3

Monday: weekend leftovers
Tuesday: white bean, tomato and feta salad (adapted from this)
Wednesday: beef stir fry

We are off to our hometown Sandnes for the weekend, so the rest of this week's dinners will be planned and/or made with our parents and friends.

What we actually had for dinner last week:

Monday: leftovers from Sunday (filet of turkey and vegetables)
Tuesday: creamy salmon pasta with spinach with green squash
Wednesday: beef and vegetables stew a lukewarm salad of spinach, green squash, shredded grilled chicken (store made/bought), cherry tomatoes and feta
Thursday: stew leftovers meatballs from IKEA, boiled potatoes and gravy
Friday: fresh shrimps on white bread with mayonnaise and lemon
Saturday: fish of the day with vegetables roasted lamb shanks with boiled potatoes, pan fried Brussel sprouts and tomato sauce based on sweet dulcita tomatoes and broth from the lamb shanks
Sunday: moussaka vegetable risotto and pan fried cod filet with a little bit of salami

  1. i've been enjoying this project or yours. it's fun to see what you plan compared to what you actually make for dinners.
    we've been trying something similar in our home lately as well. it makes life much easier when i have a meal plan for my family.
