what's for dinner, week 2


Monday: leftovers from Sunday (filet of turkey and vegetables)
Tuesday: creamy salmon pasta with spinach (ca like described here)
Wednesday: beef and vegetables stew (ca like this)
Thursday: stew leftovers
Friday: fresh shrimps on white bread with mayonnaise and lemon (like this)
Saturday: fish of the day with vegetables
Sunday: moussaka

What we actually had for dinner last week:

Monday: red lentil soup
Tuesday: tandoori salmon with couscous salad
Wednesday: white bean, tomato and feta salad (adapted from this)  soup leftovers and couscous salad leftovers
Thursday: beef and vegetable stir fry  Astrid's home alone dinner: fish gratin from Søstrene Hagelin and bolied potatoes
Friday: salmon sashimi  Sølve: hamburger at Gardermoen airport, Astrid: got a sudden kick on crispbread with ham and cheese and ate a whole lot of them
Saturday: moussaka  salmon sashimi with ponzu sauce
Sunday: halibut and vegetables filet of turkey and vegetables
