Alex and Mina shoot film
Why do you shoot film, Alex and Mina?
We don't really shoot film seriously. We have a few toy cameras that are fun and the results are always unexpected. Our favorite thing about these plastic fantastic cameras is that you don't get the instant gratification you get with digital cameras and the anticipation is usually worth the dreamy photos we get - full of desaturated colors and light leaks. We travel as much as we can and end up photographing things that millions of tourists before us have already taken photos of. Taking pictures of these attractions on a lomo fisheye camera makes it a little more likely to be unique and personal.
You can see more of Alex and Mina's photos on their blog, sending postcards.
