João shoots film
Why do you shoot film, João?
For the process itself, for the surprise, for the magic, for fun!
The clunck sound of a old slr, or the whisper of a rangefinder or yashica tlr, its almost magical.
And, because, most of the time, i use expired rolls and get my films cross processed i am never sure about the results,... so, it's like Christmas each time i go to the process lab, to get my "surprise" present :)
You can see more of João's film photos on Flickr.
