pre-Christmas Bergen

This is how Bergen looks like these days when I walk home from the office. There is just a little less snow than in these shots, that were taken earlier this month. Nice, isn't it? So, are you ready for Christmas yet? Händel's Messiah, a blazing fire and red tea lights are putting us in the right mood tonight. And in a couple of days we pack our bags to drive home for Christmas in our hometown Sandnes.

Do you have any favorite tunes to put you in the right holiday mood?

  3. i really like you blog. it's the only one that i check it on a daily basis. nice pictures, nice life, nice persons... thank you for sharing! :)

  4. Christmas songs by Diana Krall!
All that snow is beautiful (it doesn't snow where I live, in southern Algarve- actually, it's 10 am and it's sunny and warm outside - 18ºC).
But don't you get cold walking to and from the office?? Is it a short walk? Sometimes I walk to work, when the weather is good, because it's a 30 minute walk...

  5. Hi Astrid! Thank for your reply! I have to say you have inspired me to walk to work every day - this is now one of my New Year's Resolutions!

  6. How beautiful! Oh how I wish I could have a white Christmas.
