the dinner project, week 27


Monday July 5: store roasted chicken, rice and salted potato chips/crisps

Tuesday July 6: baked aubergine, potatoes and onion with tomato sauce

Wednesday July 7: dinner with friends at home: first course: champagne and Norwegian strawberries, main course: garlic marinated mutton filet with Greek salad, dessert: roasted rhubarb with vanilla ice cream

Thursday July 8: at the hospital in Trondheim: calzone with ham and cheese (from 7-Eleven)

Friday July 9: at Dråpen restaurant at Solsiden in Trondheim: caesar salad

Saturday July 10: dinner at my aunt and uncle's place: my homemade lasagne

Sunday July 11: dinner at my aunt and uncle's place: my aunt's homemade sodd (I love it!)
