the dinner project, week 14

Monday April 5: store bought pies; one with ham and cheese and one with bacon and broccoli
Tuesday April 6: Sølve's pantry pasta, which I think included leftover marinated filet mignon of beef, orange bell pepper, onion, pesto, cheese and whole grain spaghetti
Wednesday April 7: Astrid's home alone dinner: leftovers from Tuesday
Thursday April 8: beef stroganoff (we made 9 liters (!) for Sølve's work thing on Friday)
Friday April 9: Astrid's home alone dinner: beef stroganoff (photo above, design side note: the plate is an old one from Egersund Fayancefabrik)
Saturday April 10: dinner at our friends' place: roasted leg of lamb with boiled potatoes, carrots, cauliflower and apple juice/cream sauce. Dessert: vanilla ice cream with warm blackberries
Sunday April 11: (even more) stroganoff leftovers (it's one of my favorite dinners)
