the dinner project, week 7


Monday February 15: store bought fresh tagliatelle with butter, salmon, shallots, green bell pepper, tomatoes, pine nuts, parmesan and fresh basil (photo above)

Tuesday February 16: leftovers from Monday + a green salad and mini baguettes with garlic butter (photo here)

Wednesday February 17: store bought fresh tagliatelle with homemade pesto (made for the first time, ca like this), a little bit of tiny bacon bits, cremini mushrooms and a green salad (photo here)

Thursday February 18: nachos

Friday February 19: At my grandparents' place: store made lapskaus

Saturday February 20: At my grandparents' place: roasted Salma salmon (with olive oil, fresh ground salt and pepper) with boiled potatoes, broccoli and asparagus (cooked by me)

Sunday February 21: Astrid's home alone dinner: roasted salmon (with olive oil, garlic, lemon, fresh ground pepper and Maldon salt) and potato wedges

    morsom lesning. ser at vi tikker inn på 3 "like" middager denne uken. nachos, fersk tagiatelle med pesto, og laks. men den var ikke salma, da. first price ruler ikke liker mye, hihihi!
