the dinner project, week 6


Monday February 8: home made vegetable stew with sausage

Tuesday February 9: leftovers from Monday

Wednesday February 10: Astrid's home alone dinner: roasted potato wedges with sausage (photo above)

Thursday February 11: Dinner at our friends' place. First course: Beetroot soup, main course: cod filets wrapped in bacon served with potato wedges, asparagus and cauliflower puree, dessert: homemade creme brulee.

Friday February 12: Astrid's home alone dinner: roasted potato wedges with sausage

Saturday February 13: Italian evening with guests at our place. Cured ham and cheese, mini pizzas, pasta salad with chicken, salami, pesto and tomato, lasagne, a green salad, baguettes, and panna cotta ice-cream.

Sunday February 14: Leftovers from Saturday

    Homemade creme brulee is one of my aims for this year. I have never made it before.

  2. Roasted potato wedges with sausage.
    Simple but effective and delicious.
    Always I have to eat alone at home and often my recipes are very simple but healthy.
    Baked or steamed.
