Monday February 1: Sølve's improvised gratin with vegetables, minced meat, scampi and creme cheese sauce

Tuesday February 2: leftovers from Monday

Wednesday February 3: nachos (photo above)

Thursday February 4: Astrid's home alone dinner: salmon filet, roasted potato wedges, fresh green beans and sour cream

Friday February 5: Astrid's home alone dinner: roasted potato wedges, fresh green beans and sour cream

Saturday February 6: filet mignon of beef, potato wedges and a pimped Toro sauce

Sunday February 7: leftovers from Saturday

  1. Your Thursday dinner was so similar to mine - rainbow trout fillet with roast potato wedges (with paprika), bean salad and mayo. Yum.

    Those nachos look great.
