destination Lyngen

The north of Norway is pretty beautiful, don't you think? These photos are from an article in the Norwegian weekly magazine D2, a Friday supplement to the daily financial newspaper Dagens Næringsliv. The article tells about the fantastic skiing in the Lyngen area and the old fishing boat Vulkana that is now a SPA boat - all equipped with Turkish bath, frigidarium, outdoor hot tub, diving tower, sauna and showers. There are 12 beds on the boat + a chef. How about that?!

Photos by Johan Wildhagen. See all the photos from the article here and read the article (in Norwegian) here.

  1. Noe av det fineste med Nord-Norge er fjellene. De spisse, nakne fjelltoppene.

  3. Looks absolutely gorgeous indeed! I've always wanted to go skiing in Norway but for the moment my skiing heart is still in the Southern Alps :)
