7 things about me


The very sweet girls over at the inspiring design blog Avdelingen gifted me with this creative blogger award. Thanks a lot girls! They also challenged me to share 7 unknown facts about myself. I've been tagged for similar games before, but it's a while since the last time I did it, so here goes:

1 I don't like brunost.
2 I have been to 24 different countries.
3 I make the bed every morning.
4 I learnt to swim when I was 7 years old whilst on family summer vacation in Denmark (photo above, taken by Dad).
5 I sang Baa, Baa, Black Sheep (the Norwegian version) while holding my sister Mari a very short while after she was born.
6 I want to learn how to make carrot cupcakes with creme cheese icing. Does anyone have a yummy recipe?
7 I'm desprate for Norvegia cheese when I'm hungover.

    Hyggelig med nye "fjes" på bloggen. Takk for kommentar. Så fant jeg fram til din fine blogg! Forresten punkt nr 6: Du kan bruke gulrotkake-oppskrift. Det har iallfall jeg gjort, funka bra!:) Bare en liten tabbe fra min side, jeg ville ha orange "icing", men da så det ut som kaviar. Så det anbefales ikke:) God helg!

  7. I made these but left out the maple syrup and used more icing sugar (would love to tell you how much, but i just kept pouring.....)
    they were yummy!

  8. Takk for fin blogg! Har til gjengjeld en super oppskrift til deg. Litt jobb kanskje, men det er verdt det.

    3 stk egg
    3dl sukker
    3 dl hvetemel
    1 ts salt
    2 ts natron
    1/4 ts malt nellik
    1/2 ts ingefær
    2 ts kanel
    1 1/2dl soyaolje
    4dl revne gulrøtter
    1dl rosiner
    1dl valnøttkjerner

    Pisk egg og sukker til eggedosis. Bland det tørre. Sikt det tørre inn i eggedosisen vekselvis med olje.

    Stekes på 175 C, 20-25 minutter.

    Glasur: 75 gram smør, 125 gram kremost naturell, 250 gram melis, 1 ss vaniljesukker og saften fra en
    halv lime.

    Pisk først sammen smør og kremost, bland i resten. Spis sammen med syrlig frukt, for eksempel kiwi.
