Susannah shoots film
Why do you shoot film, Susannah?
Because I like holding negatives in my hands.
Because film connects me with the past.
Because film will always surprise you.
Because, to me, film photography IS photography.
Because everything looks better when it's captured in a square of Polaroid film.
Because it's delicious and tactile, soulful and sensitive, and i would never be able to describe digital in that way.
Because my three favourite cameras are film cameras - Hasselblad 500C/M, Holga GFN and Polaroid SX-70.
Because it makes me so very happy.
Visit Susannah's website, blog and Flickr for more film photos.
