the garden party
My friend turned 30 this weekend and she celebrated it with a wonderful girls' garden party. Her husband cooked a super yummy bbq dinner, the weather was warm and sunny, and all the guests wore pretty summer dresses. There were lawn games, bare feet in the grass, and strawberry galore.

The birthday girl had a big smile on her face the whole evening. It was in fact the perfect summer garden party.

Wow, what a beautiful party! Makes me wish I had a summer birthday, but I suppose who needs a birthday to have a party!
ReplyDeleteLove that cake and all those beautiful balloons and lights! I think my 30th should be a garden party... too bad it will be in November!
ReplyDeletewow! i can't imagine having all those chairs to use. what beautiful settings, so much care and work involved.

ReplyDeleteI love the covered patio...I would love to add one of those corrugated plastic pieces to the top of mine. It seems the one in the picture is slanted downward, (smart for rain) great idea!
