broccoli & scampi

This dish has been recommended so many places around the Internet lately, for example here and I think this is where it started. Last week I finally made it too. It's very simple and super yummy. I too modified a little. I mainly used a spice called "chili explosion" (from Santa Maria) that contains various chilis, paprika, pepper and tomato + fresh ground pepper, fresh ground salt, garlic powder and ground coriander seeds.

  2. you have such pretty shrimps in norway. i'm going to make some lime/salsa verde and grill some shrimp skewers this weekend. i can't wait!
